SWE members volunteered for Discover Mines, an in-person event for high school and transfer students to come to Mines as they apply. SWE volunteers facilitated parking, hosted a booth to explain the benefits of joining SWE, ate lunch with parents and students, and acted as microphone runners during financial aid and mental health panels.
