SWE leaders volunteered organizing a professional mentorship program for fellow students. Upperclassmen in STEM fields were able to mingle and network with professional women in industry at this event. After the event the students preferenced who they wanted to have as an industry mentor. The students will continue to meet once every two months with their industry mentor throughout the school year. It was awesome to see the teamwork that went in to planning this educational event for the benefit of fellow SWE students! (please excuse two of the leaders who forgot their S2S shirts they have not been counted as volunteers for this event)
