SWE members wrote letters to elders through the Love for Our Elders organization. Essentially, we went onto the organization’s website, selected an elder to write to based on the numerous profiles of different elderly people, and then wrote a personal and empowering letter to them based on our own experiences and any shared experiences we may have with them. It was a wonderful time to reflect on our lives and how much life we have left to experience while connecting with these great people and working withh a fantastic organization.
